Shopping NaturaGart direct sales can be reached on working days between 8am and 5pm. From mid March to August we open Saturdays from 9am to 12 noon. Demand is so low outside these hours, that we don't ask our staff to work more extra shifts. At the turn of the year we close for company holidays from December 20th through January 7th. During that time there is only an emergency service that can only be reached via answering machine or e-mail. Pond Construction Material Liners in standard sizes and as roll cut-offs are practically always available. Special sizes have to be arranged for. Fleece, shore mats and composite mats, as well as filtration equipment are never really a problem. Plants You can choose your perennials and woody plants yourself and, if you have any questions, our staff will be happy to assist. Smaller pond plant purchases are never a problem, but for larger orders you should get in touch so we can arrange things to avoid delays. Please note that not all plants can be supplied at any time! Ideal on Holidays Bank holidays are typical days to come and collect things. Many want to plant on the weekend, and we have time because we can't dispatch materials due to the nearing weekend. You can also come on open Saturdays. If Necessary, Collect at the Cafe If you are going to be late: Please call us so that we can arrange for your goods to be at the cafeteria for you to pick up. Other Areas The Park and the cafeteria have longer opening hours. However, the staff working there cannot answer technical questions.
