Steep Banks Print E-mail
A typical situation in which it is necessary to fasten the liner and shore mat to a steep surface is given if there is a wall, palisade etc. right next to the pond. If the liner is only propped up against the surface, dirt will accumulate between the wall and the liner. At one point a seed will germinate and the growing roots will begin to press the liner down toward the water.

A typical application: Walls on the perimeter of the plot...
... oder Palisaden an Sitzplätzen. Dort muß die Folie auf wenig Platz befestigt werden
A good solution: The pier overlaps so that the fastened area is invisible.
Difficult on walls: The fastening rail remains visible...
...and can look ugly - this needn't be so.
Better: Lay the liner up against the wall. Shore mat overlaps from above. Green side toward the shore.
Liner and shore mat are simultaneously fastened to the wall with the NaturaGart clamping profile.
Then the shore mat is folded back to the pond. The profile is invisible.
Done: The NaturaGart clamping profile holds the liner and shore mat to the wall...
...while the aluminium profile itself is no longer visible.
The NaturaGart clamping profile is 1m long and 44cm high. It is very sturdy and can even be fastened onto curved surfaces. It is supplied without paint and is pre-drilled.
